Returns & Exchanges

At SKS, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused equipment and apparel in its original packaging. Our goal is to provide a seamless exchange process so you can get back to the field with confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your SKS account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and protective film is intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
